10 月 正式成立上海金緯機械制造有限公司

1998

完成開發(fā)化纖 JW4，JW35，JWA6 卷繞頭

1999

1 月 成立化纖機械制造車間

2000

1 月 成立化纖機械分廠，7 月成立擠出機械一分廠，二分廠

2001

1 月 成立擠出機分公司

4 月 成立舟山金緯螺桿公司

6 月 成立擠出四分廠

10 月 成立擠出機研制中心

12 月 成立化纖機械分公司

4 月 成立片板膜設(shè)備分公司
